This is the third time Steve has completed work for us and again to an exceptionally high standard. We required our traditional bathroom to be redesigned into a full-length walk-in shower room and an upgrade to a downstairs cloakroom. Steve has once again provided excellent service assisting us with design, selection of materials and implementation.

Steve completely refurbished of our old, tired-looking bathroom, and has done an excellent job, stripping everything back to bare boards, re-routing pipework, tiling throughout, and installing all furniture and fittings. The quality of the work and attention to detail is outstanding. Steve is completely reliable, turns up when he says, always cleans up afterwards and offers sound advice where appropriate. We're very happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Steve plans his work in a thoughtful and meticulous way taking care to consult over his thoughts and the way things should be done. Because of this forethought, the execution of his work is of a top standard and one we will always be proud of when people visit our new home.
